Mary Morris is an experienced leadership development practitioner with over 25 years' experience who understands both people and operational business environments. She has worked across major Australian and international organisations, bringing a practical, grounded approach to leadership development, HR consulting and executive coaching.

MTK Konsulting was founded on the belief that great leadership is learnable — and that organisations that invest in developing their people achieve better outcomes for everyone. Mary brings deep expertise in neuroscience-informed learning design, facilitation and coaching to every engagement.

Based in Sydney, MTK Konsulting works with organisations across NSW and Australia-wide, delivering tailored leadership programs, coaching and HR consulting that make a real difference.
